1. Early-access service
Novrane is developing software that helps subscription businesses monitor failed Stripe payments and coordinate customer recovery messages. The service is currently in an early-access stage. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused, or withdrawn as we test and improve the product.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and authorized to act for the business you register. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Stripe connection
If access is offered, you may authorize Novrane to receive selected Stripe account and webhook data needed for recovery workflows. You remain responsible for your Stripe account, Stripe's terms, your customer relationships, refunds, disputes, taxes, and compliance obligations. Novrane is not Stripe and does not control Stripe's services.
4. Recovery communications
You are responsible for ensuring that recovery messages sent for your business are accurate, lawful, appropriately timed, and consistent with your customer agreements. You must not use Novrane to send deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unlawful content.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access the service unlawfully or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Interfere with the service, other accounts, or connected providers.
- Upload malicious code or use the service to facilitate fraud or harassment.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, products, or relationship with Novrane.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Fees
No public paid plan is currently offered through this website. If paid access is introduced, pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rights will be shown before you commit to a purchase.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party outages, webhook delays, email delivery issues, or changes to provider APIs may affect recovery workflows. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
8. Intellectual property
Novrane and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, website, and brand. You retain rights in your business information and customer data. You grant Novrane a limited right to process that information only as needed to provide and secure the service.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if required for security, law, provider compliance, non-payment under a future paid plan, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Novrane does not guarantee that every failed payment will be recovered. Novrane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a connected provider outside Novrane's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
